Material Representation
Contempo Curtains uses the highest quality photography and state-of-the-art technology to bring you the truest representation of the colors and textures of our fabrics and materials.
Because each computer monitor varies in its display of colors and textures, actual material may vary from what you see on your computer monitor.
If you need a more exact representation of color, texture, or weight of fabric, we encourage you to order swatch materials before placing your order. Simply click on Request A Swatch directly from the product page or click on Swatches from the top navigation buttons.
Please note: minor dye lot inconsistencies may occur, which is to be considered normal. If you are purchasing multiple products, we recommend you order them at the same time so they are from the same material lot to ensure consistency in color and pattern.
Custom Made Items
We strive to give outstanding service, affordable prices, and beautiful, quality products. If you require curtain panels in sizes other than what is shown on our website, please contact us. We will be glad to quote on custom sizes. Grommets are also available.
Custom orders ship in approximately 10-14 days.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivered date and we will gladly process your return, less a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging complete with all inserts. We reserve the right to refuse returns on goods where the original packing material has been discarded and/or the products have been used or laundered. You will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. All shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable.
Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain return instructions. We will provide you with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. This number must be obtained from us and accompany your return. Write this RMA number on the package label. Returns which are unauthorized may be refused.
Note: RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days. After that time, Contempo Curtains reserves the right to refuse returned items.
Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns. Follow the same procedures as listed above for returns and obtain a RMA number prior to sending your item back. You may place a new order for your new purchase.
When you Receive your Package
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact Contempo Curtains Customer Service immediately. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
If you detect damage after signing for a package, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-819-7180 within 2 business days to arrange for a replacement. While we will charge your credit card for the second item, we'll promptly refund the amount of the original item, upon receipt of your return. Unless the exchange occurred as a result of our error, we do not refund postage and handling. Items that are reported more than 3 days after delivery (posted delivery date per the courier) cannot be claimed as damaged to our vendors.
Returns on Orders that have Qualified for Free Shipping
If the items being returned bring your original order total below $199, the cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from the amount of your return credit.
Order Cancellations
All order cancellations should be made within 24 hours of the time that an order has been placed. If your order has been processed prior to receiving your cancellation, then the above rules for Returns will apply. For items that are Custom Made, once the order has been processed, we cannot accept a cancellation.
