How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivered date and we will gladly process your return, less a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging complete with all inserts. We reserve the right to refuse returns on goods where the original packing material has been discarded and/or the products have been used or laundered. You will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. All shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable.
Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. This number must be obtained from us and accompany your return. Write this RMA number on the package. Returns which are unauthorized may be refused. Note: RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days. After that time, Contempo Curtains reserves the right to refuse returned items. Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns. Follow the same procedures as listed above for returns and obtain a RMA number prior to sending your item back. You may place a new order for your new purchase.
Custom orders, including orders with grommets added, are non-returnable. Clearance items are non-returnable.
